Seeking a data analytics position that allows you to take ownership of your work? Be part of the biggest conventional general insurance in Malaysia! Utilise your technical skillsets in data analytics to derive insights and contribute to meaningful, real-world business applications. Work with a team of bright, dedicated, and fun-loving individuals, and be a mentor to the junior staffs. Meet and collaborate with stakehold-ers from other functions who are passionate about insurance and constantly evolving with time. Key Responsibilities • Define and develop technical and commercial price for retail products • Regular monitoring of portfolio performance • Propose pricing and portfolio management initiatives and assess financial impact for such initiatives • Provide analytical support to other business functions • Prepare and review rate filing documentations to regulator • Mentor, train, and develop junior staffs and review their work Key Requirements • Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics-based major • Talents with 4 years of relevant work experience or more in General (Non-Life) Insurance • Have experience in managing direct reports • Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • High learning agility and work efficiency • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills • Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language such as Py-thon (preferred), SAS, R Let's care for tomorrow.
